Police Seizing Money And Property From Innocent People In America Via Asset Forfeiture Law

The Constitution and Bill of Rights do not allow for seizing of property from someone without due process.

In the world of Catch 22 in the United States, the police and other authorities are allowed to seize property, homes, cash, cars and more from innocent civilian citizens in the United States without a judge, no jury, no trial and with no proof of any crime via asset forfeiture laws.

There is almost nothing a person can do to get that property or money back once the police seize it under anti drug laws. Under the guise of the 'war on drugs', police may have become the criminals, and may now be involved in robbing innocent US citizens.

How big is this problem?

The war on drugs has been lost according to many experts. It may be time to revoke or repeal the anti Constitutional anti drug laws, just as the Prohibition era laws against alcohol were abolished many years ago.
