Police Seizing Money And Property From Innocent People In America Via Asset Forfeiture Law
The
Constitution and Bill of Rights do not allow for seizing of property
from someone without due process.
In
the world of Catch 22 in the United States, the police and
other authorities are allowed to seize property, homes, cash, cars
and more from innocent civilian citizens in the United States without
a judge, no jury, no trial and with no proof of any crime via asset forfeiture laws.
There
is almost nothing a person can do to get that property or money back
once the police seize it under anti drug laws. Under the guise of the
'war on drugs', police may have become the criminals, and may now be
involved in robbing innocent US citizens.
How big is this problem?
The
war on drugs has been lost according to many experts. It may be time
to revoke or repeal the anti Constitutional anti drug laws, just as
the Prohibition era laws against alcohol were abolished many years
ago.

Well freedom is the freedom to kill yourself with drugs or anything else you want to (I don't eat aspirin or any drug myself).

Today with poison's marketed to those that just can't get by the flashy and totally legal advertising of a obvious drug pressed into a pill... It really is a epidemic of stupidity. Is it a plant that grows outta the ground? Never seen one of them pill plants, when do they bloom? What about a white powder plant? Never seen one of them either...
If you peddle dope you should be stopped and striped of any further power to do so. Drugs ruin lives period!!!
And if ya don't believe that all pills are drugs I've got a great looking piece of beach front property for sale somewhere :-)

But aren't all pills and powders drugs? Altered by man? Isn't that the one and only definition of a drug?
A plant like pot is a drug? Really???
Or is ANY substance that is altered by man, refined and compressed into a pill a real drug? Already classified as real drugs by those that know...

Sad that we've gotten to a point that we cant recognize real drugs when we see them. Asprin? A drug made from benzene. Refer? A plant that grows outta the ground.
